Concept GTO is an extension of the reputable labour hire and recruitment firm Concept Engineering, part of the ASX-listed Ashley Services Group. Established in 1968, our group of companies continue to provide clients with a broad range of human capital solutions including labour hire, recruitment services and training to give them a competitive advantage. Concept GTO is focussed on providing traineeships and apprenticeships across a number of industries.
From its inception, Concept Engineering has had a trades focus. From the early days of completing scheduled and emergency shutdown maintenance and upgrades to the current times of installation of new equipment into large rolling stock vehicles we have prided ourselves on providing mechanical, metal and electrical trades people with both the skills and character to ensure our customers are successful.
Concept Engineering has a proven process of recruiting the right people for the right roles to ensure we have the available resources to service our clients. Our consultants are invested in the candidates they recruit. They take the time to get to know their character as well as their work history and then use their intimate knowledge of our clients and their specific work environments to ‘make a match’.
